When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 4 business days for processing. After processing is complete, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What shipping options are available?

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping time frames include order processing time.

If your order doesn’t meet the requirements to qualify for a free shipping promotion, the following options are available:


Standard Shipping: $5.95

Express Shipping: $14.95

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We work to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, it can no longer be modified of canceled. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

We accept returns of unopened product for any reason.

Note: We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to help ensure a smooth return process. To initiate a return, please contact us.

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
