When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 4 business days for processing. After processing is complete, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We work to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, it can no longer be modified of canceled. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

My order says "delivered" but I haven’t received it
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Double-check with household members or neighbors.
- Allow up to 24 hours, as packages may be marked delivered slightly ahead of actual delivery.
- If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll be happy to help

At this time we ship to addresses within the contiguous U.S.We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, U.S. territories, or military addresses (including APO/FPO boxes).
