Roundup® Poison Ivy Plus Tough Brush Killer₂ with Comfort Wand® is the easy way to control plants around your yard. Its exclusive formula works to kill poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, wild blackberry, kudzu, and all types of tough weeds to the root. In addition, it is rainproof in as fast as 30 minutes, produces visible results in hours, and allows you to plant 1 to 30 days after application (see booklet for details). Use Roundup® Poison Ivy Plus Tough Brush Killer₂ with Comfort Wand® in residential fields and trails, around trees or shrubs, around homes, buildings, cabins, lodges, and camp sites, along fences and foundations, on vines growing up poles or mature trees, and other areas where tough weed are invading your yard. The Comfort Wand® is true to its name. The reusable, one-touch precision wand makes bending down to kill weeds a thing of the past. Do not allow people or pets to enter the treated area or touch treated plants until spray has dried. Step by Step Instructions

HOW TO ASSEMBLE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove. Remove wand from side clip (unsnap holder, twist left, pull). Remove protective strip from battery compartment to activate batteries. Pull connector by slightly twisting from side clip and unwrap hose completely.
  2. Connect. Insert plug at end of hose into spout or knob on cap. Flip up spout until fully upright or turn knob to ON. Flip up spout must remain up while spraying.
  3. Extend. Flip open wand until it clicks and locks into position.
  4. Spray. Slide trigger lock on wand handle to the unlocked position. Twist nozzle to desired spray pattern. Point nozzle away from body and hold trigger for continuous spray.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Follow illustrations and/or instructions in the HOW TO ASSEMBLE AND USE section to prime the sprayer.
  • Spray the weeds or grasses you want to kill until thoroughly wet.
  • When spot treating weeds around desirable plants, shield plants from drift with a sheet of cardboard or plastic. If desirable plants are accidently sprayed, rinse off immediately with water.

Where Not to Use

  • Do not use on or around edible food or feed crops; or where livestock grazing is allowed.
  • IMPORTANT: Do not spray plants or grasses you like - they will die. Not recommended for spot weed control in lawns since this product kills lawn grasses. Do not allow treated weeds to come in contact with desirable plants until spray has dried.

When to Apply

  • Apply when weeds, grasses, or brush are actively growing.
  • For best results, apply during warm, sunny weather above 60°F.
  • Spray when air is calm to prevent drift to desirable plants.
  • Established hard to kill weeds may require a repeat application.
  • Brush sprayed in the fall may not be controlled until the following season. In the spring, spray regrowth if it occurs.

How Often to Apply

  • Wait a minimum of 28 days before repeating application.
